Should you require any additional information or have any queries regarding a competition, you can contact the Organiser of the competition.
In order to easily access this area, you must first access the competition that you wish to enquire about. For guidance on how to access this, please click here.
Firstly, click the Contact Organiser button within the Event Information tab.
This will open the Ask Organiser form.
Firstly, you must select a Category within the provided menu. Simply click into this field and select the appropriate option within the menu.
Next, you can enter your query within the Message field.
Note: A maximum of 600 characters can be entered into this field. The number next to the “current:” will detail how many characters you have currently entered.
Finally, please enter your email address within the Your Email field.
Once all of the above fields have been completed, you can send your message with the OK button.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel and return to the competition overview without sending, click the Cancel button.
