Result Entry Form
Upon selecting to input results, you will be presented with the results entry form:

If an athlete has a tick next to their bib number, this indicates that they are actively participating in this event.

If an athlete has a X next to their bib number, this indicates that they DNS or have not checked in.

Scoreboard
The blue screen icon will indicate which athlete is currently being displayed on the scoreboard.

To show a different athlete result on the scoreboard, simply select the Show button against the athlete that you would like to display. Once selected, the scoreboard icon will move accordingly.

If you wish to clear the scoreboard, this can be completed by selecting the Clear Scoreboard button.

Trial Settings
If you wish to configure additional elements of the event, you can do this within the Event Settings. To access this, select the Settings button in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select the Event Settings within the Event Options section of the menu.

This will then display the following additional settings for you:
You can define the maximum number of trials within the Max Trials box.
All of the below fields can be entered into manually, or increased/decreased via the up/down arrow buttons within the boxes.

You can then define the minimum trials that all athletes will complete within the Min Trials box.

For those athletes who are progressing, you can define how many will progress to the later trials after completing the minimum trials. This can be defined in the Athletes to Progress field.

If the event is a Jump event, you can define the Jump Order. You can select either Reverse or No Change as required.

Finally, if you would like to set the above settings as the default for all distance events in the competition you can tick the Set as Default box.
Important Note: This will apply these settings for ALL distance events in the competition that have not already been manually configured as above.

Once you have finished applying your settings, you can save your changes and return to the card with the Confirm button. Alternatively, the Close button will return you to the card without saving your changes.

Once you have applied the above settings, these will be visible at the very bottom of the card.

Entering Results
To enter the distance achieved by the athlete, click into the white results box against the athletes name and you can manually enter the result.

Alternatively if the athlete has cleared, passed, retired or fouled, these options can be selected from within the Select Option menu.

Once the result has been entered or selected, you can then select the result entry box for the next athlete you would like to enter results for.
Once results for all athletes have been recorded within the current trial, the system will automatically proceed to the next trial for you. Alternatively, if you wish to navigate the trials you can do so by making a selection from the Trial buttons at the top of the form.

Important Note: You are able to return and amend results for any athletes at any point. Simply click the results box that you would like to update and input the result as required.
As you enter results, you will note that the underlying event card will automatically update with the input results.

Trial Colours
If you have set additional trial settings (outlined in the above Trial Settings section) you will note some additional colours on the card:
If a trial displays in red, this means that none of the athletes will participate in this trial as this is above the configured maximum number of trials.

If a trial displays in beige, this means that the athlete will not be participating in this trial as they are not within the configured number of athletes that will proceed after completing the defined minimum number of trials. For example, if the number of athletes to progress is 8, then those in 9th, 10th etc. places will appear in beige.

Completing the Event
Once all athletes have participated and you are ready to complete the event, you can do so by selecting the Complete button.

You will then be prompted to confirm that you wish to proceed with ending the event.

To proceed and end the event, select the Yes button. Alternatively, if you wish to continue entering results for the event select the No button.
