You have reached the above by selecting an option to create a registered athlete.
To complete the process, you must select the National Organisation, enter the association id/URN and the athletes Date of birth.
The system will then check these details against the relative system. If there is an error, this will be displayed and you can re-try.
If the athlete is found, you will be shown the athlete profile page.
