E4S gives the starters assistant / Seeding person the ability to move athletes to another heat or lane in realtime.
If the user has the authority, they can click on the athletes bib number in the track card and be presented with the above dialog.
From here they can switch with another athlete by entering the athletes bib number of they can specify which heat/lane the current athlete should be moved to.
