Organisation

What to do: Select your organization from the dropdown or click “New” to create one.

Why it matters: This links your competition to your organization.

Tip: New organizations need approval before you can activate competitions.

Location

What to do: Choose where your competition will be held from existing locations or create a new one.

Why it matters: Athletes need to know where to go.

Tip: Use the “Search” button to quickly find locations.

Competition Name

What to do: Enter a clear name for your competition (max 60 characters).

Why it matters: This name appears everywhere – listings, entries, reports.

Tip: Include the year/season (e.g., “Spring Meet 2024”) to avoid confusion.

Payment Code (if shown)

What to do: Enter the code provided by Entry4Sports for Stripe payments.

Why it matters: Required to accept online payments.

Tip: Contact support if you need a payment code.

Simple Steps

  1. Pick your organization
  2. Choose your location
  3. Give it a clear name
  4. Add payment code if needed
  5. Click next to continue
Need help? The organization must be approved to activate competitions. New button is disabled when editing existing competitions.
