Competition Access – Quick Help
Note: Control competition access and registration requirements.
Athletes Allowed Entry
What to do: Choose which types of athletes can enter your competition:
• Allow Un-registered: Athletes not affiliated with any athletics organization
• Allow International: Athletes from outside of the country
Why it matters: Controls who can participate in your competition.
Tip: Default is registered athletes only. Athlete registration is verified during entry.
Simple Registration
What to do: Enable simple registration for minimal athlete information requirements.
Why it matters: Makes entry easier but collects less athlete information.
Tip: Simple Registration allows athletes to register with just name, dob, and gender.
Simple Registration Optional Settings (when enabled):
• Allow athlete to enter club (optional): Athletes can specify their club
• Allow athlete to enter school (optional): Athletes can specify their school
• Date of Birth: Year Only: Only require year of birth instead of full date

- Decide which athlete types to allow
- Choose whether to enable simple registration
- Configure optional settings if using simple registration
- Click next to continue
Need help? Simple registration automatically allows unregistered and international athletes when enabled. Optional settings are only available when simple registration is enabled.
