Competition Prices – Quick Help

Note: Configure entry fees for your competition. You can set multiple price tiers for different event categories. For example, Junior events may have one price while Senior events have another.

Price Management

What to do: Add, edit, and delete price tiers for your competition.

Why it matters: Sets the entry fees athletes will pay for different event categories.

Tip: You can create multiple price tiers (e.g., Junior, Senior, Masters).

Add Price

What to do: Click the “Add Price” button to create a new price tier.

Why it matters: Each price tier can have different fees and apply to different events.

Action: Click “Add Price” button

Edit Price

What to do: Click the edit button on an existing price to modify it.

Why it matters: Update price details, fees, or event assignments as needed.

Tip: You can edit price names, amounts, and which events they apply to.

Delete Price

What to do: Click the delete button to remove a price tier.

Why it matters: Remove price tiers that are no longer needed.

Tip: Be careful – deleting a price tier removes it from all assigned events.

Simple Steps

  1. Click “Add Price” to create your first price tier
  2. Fill in price details (name, amount, events)
  3. Add more price tiers as needed
  4. Edit or delete existing prices
  5. Click next to continue
Need help? At least one price tier is required. The system will automatically create a price if none exist when you open this section.
