Create Your Competition Schedule
- Add Events: Click “Add Event” to include races/activities in your competition
- Review: Check your event list – you’ve added X events so far
- Continue: Click “Next” when ready to access advanced scheduling features
Tip: You can always edit your schedule later in the full builder.
Add Events
What to do: Click the “Add Event” button to create new competition events.
Why it matters: Events are the core of your competition schedule.
Tip: You’ll be guided through a simple process to add discipline, age groups, price, and options.
Event List
What to do: Review your added events in the list.
Why it matters: Shows all events with their details for easy management.
Tip: Each event shows: name, time, discipline, age groups, and price.
Edit Events
What to do: Click the “Edit” button on any event to modify it.
Why it matters: Update event details, change times, or adjust age groups.
Tip: You can edit all aspects of an event including discipline, age groups, and pricing.
Delete Events
What to do: Click the “X” button to delete an event (requires confirmation).
Why it matters: Remove events that are no longer needed.
Tip: Deletion requires confirmation to prevent accidental removal of events.
Simple Steps
- Click “Add Event” to create your first event
- Fill in event details (discipline, age groups, price, etc.)
- Add more events as needed
- Review your event list
- Edit or delete events if needed
- Click next to continue
