Competition Schedule – Quick Help

Create Your Competition Schedule

  1. Add Events: Click “Add Event” to include races/activities in your competition
  2. Review: Check your event list – you’ve added X events so far
  3. Continue: Click “Next” when ready to access advanced scheduling features

Tip: You can always edit your schedule later in the full builder.

Add Events

What to do: Click the “Add Event” button to create new competition events.

Why it matters: Events are the core of your competition schedule.

Action: Click “Add Event” button
Tip: You’ll be guided through a simple process to add discipline, age groups, price, and options.

Event List

What to do: Review your added events in the list.

Why it matters: Shows all events with their details for easy management.

Tip: Each event shows: name, time, discipline, age groups, and price.

Edit Events

What to do: Click the “Edit” button on any event to modify it.

Why it matters: Update event details, change times, or adjust age groups.

Tip: You can edit all aspects of an event including discipline, age groups, and pricing.

Delete Events

What to do: Click the “X” button to delete an event (requires confirmation).

Why it matters: Remove events that are no longer needed.

Tip: Deletion requires confirmation to prevent accidental removal of events.

Simple Steps

  1. Click “Add Event” to create your first event
  2. Fill in event details (discipline, age groups, price, etc.)
  3. Add more events as needed
  4. Review your event list
  5. Edit or delete events if needed
  6. Click next to continue
